Stefania, the owner, was lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, each with its own toilet and shower, and there was plenty of outdoor space to unwind around the very nice pool. You can do laundry, though there's no dryer. The villa is great, about 10 minutes from San Gimignano, and you can see the old town from the backyard. There isn't a TV, which can be a drawback if the children need something to watch while you nap. The kitchen has what you need, but isn't very comfortable to work in.

The villa and pool were wonderful, with a breathtaking view of San Giminiano. The owner was so kind, and both the service and breakfast were outstanding. We loved picking up food at one of the many markets and eating in the garden under the stars. We'll definitely come back.

There are lovely Tuscan specialties among the wide breakfast choices, and the view across the mountainous countryside is impressive. The landlady gives such a warm welcome that you feel at home as soon as you arrive. It's a peaceful choice for couples aged 30+, especially if you're fine with no TV in the room. The rooms are very thin, which was the only real drawback; otherwise everything was perfect. Getting there means taking a narrow, winding, unpaved road that can be confusing. Poggibonsi is about a 10-minute drive away. 👍👍👍

We had a lovely romantic weekend. The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. It's a beautiful spot for relaxing, though a little isolated.
