The location works well for traveling between Rovigo and Ferrara, and there's free parking and a decent breakfast. The place is simple and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Some parts could do with a refresh, though, and the furnishings feel a bit dated compared with other hotels nearby. It's a good base, but there's room to improve. We at SOS Traslochi appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness, and think a makeover would make the stay even better.

The natural surroundings are beautiful, and we appreciated the hospitality. Although the hotel is right on a main road and easy to reach, the clean apartments are set away from the road, so there's no road noise.

The property only offers bed and breakfast, but there's a restaurant/pizzeria next door and another place serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner a few meters farther along. The small reception is well organized, with access from the main entrance or the parking area behind the building. Parking is private, free, spacious, and at the back. You enter the rooms directly from the parking lot. They're on the ground floor or first floor, reached by an outside staircase. The rooms are clean and spacious, with the usual bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and armchair, all in keeping with a 2-star hotel. The property is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. From here, the center of Rovigo and the Po Delta, with its lovely riverbanks, are 10 minutes away, reachable on foot or by bike.
