B&b Relais Del Senatore

We had a sunset boat ride, dinner at the Grotta and a vespa tour through the countryside towns, and I only wish we'd had more time here. The place is right in the center of Polignano a Mare, with a nice balcony and plenty of space. Our host let us check in early since we arrived ahead of time and my father is handicapped, so getting around was limited. Private parking and a shuttle to and from the room were a big help. Thanks for being such great hosts.

The hosts were really welcoming, and the location was great. My only reason for giving the room 4 rather than 5 is that there was no electric kettle or coffee machine, despite what the listings said. They kindly suggested we go to the main building for drinks, which was nice, but having something in the room would have been better, especially in the morning.

The self check-in was easy, and the price seemed reasonable for a place right by the beach and next to the old town. I really liked the terrace. The balcony opened toward the sea, though it felt a bit restricted, probably for safety.

We booked two nights and ended up staying four. If we'd had more time, we'd have stayed longer. Donatella and her husband were so lovely and looked after us well; nothing felt like a problem. The old town location was ideal, with plenty of places to eat and drink right nearby. Our room was spacious, with a great view and a huge bathroom. There was a good range at breakfast, served on the terrace, and we got beautiful sunrises each morning.
