The owner was endlessly kind, which made the experience relatively positive. But kindness alone doesn't make the price feel fair, and guests can end up feeling ripped off. Our room had no window and was completely dark, which felt oppressive, especially with a small child. There was an old air conditioner aimed at the bed. It doesn't seem healthy, but without it the room would be unbearable. Breakfast was much more limited and meager than the reviews had led me to expect.

The appetizer started off well, but the meatballs and meat rolls were disappointing. The pasta was sticky, and I've had better veal cutlets. At €54 per person, even with a discount, the meat-based menu was hard to justify and not especially elaborate. I know prices go up on Ferragosto because staff costs rise, but I still wouldn't come back. The place also isn't suited to summer, with just one air conditioner for such a large space.

The Apulian countryside setting is lovely, with green surroundings and beautiful sunsets. The room was clean, tidy, welcoming, and personalized, with all the comforts we needed. Giuseppe and Lucia were incredibly kind and helpful, and you can tell they care about their work and guests. They also gave us tips on activities nearby and restaurants with good food at reasonable prices. Recommended!

The rooms were spotless and the food was fresh and delicious. The owners' hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. I'd highly recommend it and we'll definitely return.

It's very peaceful here, set among the green hills, and just a few minutes by car from Polignano, Monopoli, and Castellana. The rooms and property were clean and welcoming, and the owner gave us a warm welcome.
