Casamare

The breakfasts were the best meals we had in Polignano, as odd as that may sound, and we loved watching sunset from the shared terrace with its spectacular views. We stayed in "The Vault": the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and its little private balcony had two chairs and a small table. The bathroom was small but just right for two, with strong shower pressure and plenty of hot water. There was a mini fridge and TV, and the room was cleaned and supplied with fresh towels every day. Ada and her son Francesco showed us wonderful hospitality, even giving us a lift to and from the airport while they were on their way to collect family. Casamare is in the old town, among cobbled streets lined with lively shops, restaurants, gelato and snack places, plus cliffside viewpoints. It's a two-minute walk to Lama Monachile beach and to several Vespa and car rental places. The location is perfect. This family-run B&B was the best accommodation experience we've had. We have nothing bad to say, and it was a highlight of our trip. We'd stay here every time we return to Polignano. If you've found Casamare, stop searching and book it, choosing anywhere else would be a mistake. Thank you, Ada and Francesco!

Ada was an amazing host, always ready to help. The place is gorgeous and spotless, and it really feels like home. Breakfast was fantastic, especially Ada's homemade jam and fresh ricotta. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, beautifully appointed and carefully designed. Some rooms have lovely little balconies overlooking the sea, too. Such a fantastic location and place to stay.

Ada gave us some of the best customer service we've ever had, and she's a wonderful host. The rooms are stylish and clean in this beautiful B&B right in Polignano a mare's historic centre. Try to get a room with a balcony and sea view if you can. If not, there's a great rooftop terrace with even better views over the famous cliffs.

We loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the perfect location. Ada was one of the kindest, most generous hosts we've met. She helped us arrange rides, worked around our check-in and check-out times, and made sure we knew where to go in Polignano a Mare. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back.
