Giovì Relais

The team were wonderful, always easy to reach, very friendly, and full of recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. They replied instantly on WhatsApp, and the golf cart pickup from the parking was really convenient. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. You're only two minutes from everything in the center, but it was still quiet at night, even on the main street. Breakfast could use some work. It ends at 10 am, and choices are limited if you arrive late. Even so, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is highly recommended, and thanks again to the whole team for being so kind and helpful with suggestions!

My wife and I booked the wellness program and a massage for our honeymoon, hoping for a relaxing spa day. Once it became clear we were American, the service seemed to drop off. Our 50-minute massage ended 15 minutes early, and unlike other guests, we weren't given bathrobes or slippers. What should have been a special, restorative experience left us feeling singled out and disappointed. I wouldn't go back.

The hotel was very peaceful inside, even though it sits on a busy street, and its location made it easy to explore the old town, local bars, and restaurants on foot. It's a quiet boutique place with traditional touches and a light, modern feel. Our room was a good size, clean, and tidy, though the bathroom seemed a little tired. Breakfast on the roof terrace had a nice range of fruit and pastries. The savory food, like eggs and bacon, was often cold and could be better. The terrace has a lovely sea view and plenty of potential, but the decking could be tidied up and more loungers and outdoor seating added. Maybe some music too. Those are small improvements; we'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Poligano a mare.

A lovely boutique hotel, with gorgeous rooms and a very spa-like feel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location was spot on, with an easy walk to the old town and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend staying in polignano a mare.
