Giorgia and Massimo made me feel at home as soon as I arrived at Incentro Rooms. They were attentive and welcoming, ready to answer questions, suggest local things to do, and take breakfast dietary needs into account. The breakfast options could accommodate preferences or restrictions. The B&B is right in the heart of Polignano a Mare, within walking distance of the main sights, cafes, and little shops. There’s no private parking, though a public lot is nearby. The rooms pair a simple, modern look with traditional Italian touches and come with air conditioning, smart TVs, and high speed Wi-Fi. I particularly liked the strong rainfall showers after a day out. Everything was spotless, and the beds with their plush mattresses and nice linens made for a restful night. After exploring town, it was lovely to come back to such a calm, comfortable place. Thank you to Giorgia and Massimo for making my stay memorable.

Giorgia and Massimo were wonderful hosts, and we really appreciated their hospitality. The fixtures were modern and everything was clean. The location is excellent, close to the old town, the famous historic bridge and cove Lama Monachile, and the belvedere viewpoints over the sea. Although the hotel is right by the street, noise wasn’t an issue for us, even on the night of a big local holiday. We were also able to leave our luggage at the front desk for a few extra hours after checkout.

Massimo and Giorgia were great hosts, with excellent service and helpful local recommendations. The accommodation was lovely and very good value, and we could walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in Polignano.

The free parking right next to the door was a real plus in Polignano a mare. The room is in the center and combines modern design with a special Italian charm. We had an excellent stay. Best wishes to the owner, and thanks for the hospitality.

The Suite Guccio was beautiful, styled throughout in Gucci, and impeccably clean. We loved heading up to the terrace overlooking the main street, where the Jacuzzi gave us a chance to really relax. Massimo and Giorgia were fantastic hosts, always available and thoughtful about every little thing their guests might need. We’ll be back soon. Thanks for everything!
