La Dimora Di Zia Katia

The owner was extremely kind and always available, which made our stay even nicer. Zia Katia's Home is clean, well maintained, and practical, in a quiet area just outside the center of Polignano. It's relaxing there while still being close to everything. A pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The photos online gave us higher expectations than the property met during our Easter stay in April. The place is remote and, for the price, not furnished adequately. The old furniture looked like it had been saved from being thrown away. In the kitchen, plates and glasses were out of place and there were no pans. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the sofa felt like sitting on a piece of wood. The rooms also needed airing because of a constant musty smell. In our experience, it didn't deserve its Booking.com rating. SANNA ARRUBBAT €500!

The breakfast was generous, and our booking cost less than the area's average. The hostess was genuinely sweet with her guests, and the rooms were clean. The house has almost everything you need, including air conditioning, outdoor spaces, and secure indoor parking. It's around 10 minutes from both Monopoli and Polignano a Mare along a completely straight road. A great B&B for families or groups of friends, as long as everyone avoids making too much noise. I highly recommend Zia Katia.

We had breakfast outside in the B&B's garden, a lovely setting, and the place itself is surrounded by greenery in a hamlet a few kilometers from Polignano. Our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The price was excellent, lower than other B&Bs nearby at the same time. The owner is a lovely, helpful lady. We had a great experience and will definitely return.
