The setting is gorgeous, but the management is careless and the maintenance is poor. There are mosquitoes, and snakes in the garden, including in the pool bathroom. Staff seem unsupervised. A man fell off the swing and it came loose. We posted a review yesterday and it disappeared, apparently the truth is unwelcome. Such a shame for a beautiful property, especially at this price. Daily cleaning is disgracefully rushed: eight minutes for two bathrooms to be cleaned, washed, and tidied.

A lovely-looking place, but the way it's run is so superficial. The woman who welcomed us was shockingly incompetent. Answers to our questions were often unrealistic, delivered with forced, irritated smiles. We found the cleaning so inadequate that we cleaned when we arrived. A four-room apartment was tidied in 7-8 minutes. One sink kept the same toothpaste stain for three days. Towels and sheets were replaced every four days, despite the rate of 450 euros per day. We were frightened to find a black snake in the bathroom and see another on the lawn. When we reported it, we were told this was normal and nothing would be done. With so much nature around, snakes, spiders, lizards, and mosquitoes can get inside, but it's unsettling to have to watch where you sit or walk while relaxing. Someone was around in the morning, then the staff gradually disappeared. What about maintenance and checks? We also saw a bucket of detergent water dumped into the garden, which outraged us. The patio outside the house was never washed either, so why pollute the garden? A beautiful property in the hands of unqualified people.
