Masseria Le Torri

We spent three nights here with the family and wished we could have stayed longer. The cooking class with the friendly head chef was fantastic, and we ate at the restaurant several times. The food was good, and Marino gave excellent service every time. Breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to the gentle Italian server who makes it feel special. She had a soft spot for our girls, and they loved her. We also met lots of staff who are incredibly talented at all kinds of jobs on the Masseria. Our rooms were squeaky clean, and we used the fireplace on chilly evenings.

The food was a real treat. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices, and the chef's dinner felt like a culinary event, especially with the incredibly tasty homemade olive oil. The team made the stay feel warm and personal, with thoughtful help on routes and a lovely atmosphere. The garden with its olive trees and pool is a peaceful oasis, and the rooms are cozy with stylish bathrooms. This is a restored 17th-century farmhouse, not a hotel, so history is part of the place while the interior has modern comforts. It's conveniently about 30 minutes from Bari Airport, with places like Alberobello and Ostuni nearby. We left feeling we'd stayed with good friends and dream of returning.

Breakfast was so good you could spend the whole day working through the buffet, and dinner is a special taste of Puglian cooking. The team make sure you feel at home and do their best to make the stay memorable. The rooms are cozy and spacious, with views across quiet countryside. Set on a lovely estate, this beautiful masseria captures the feel of Puglia in its distinctive details. A great place to stay when you're in the area.

We felt like we were in a charming private country house, with total quiet and a warm, friendly welcome from the whole team. So many thoughtful little touches, and an outstanding breakfast cooked fresh. We'll definitely be back!
