POSEA - Polignano Sea Suites

We’re so grateful to Cosimo for waiting outside in the cold wind and rain until the early hours so he could help us check in at 2am. Such kindness.

The location and rooms are beautiful, and the view is spectacular. But our check-out morning got off to a terrible start when renovation work began in the room above at 8:20. We had to put up with drills and hammering. At checkout we were told, rudely, that the parking shuttle they’d provided the day before wasn’t available at the time we’d requested. Nobody tried to help us find another solution. The lack of care and support was very disappointing. We had to walk to the parking lot with our suitcases, stressed and worried we’d miss our next appointment.

The manager made our stay especially easy, from suggesting great places for dinner and booking a table while our Italian was limited to helping with the airline luggage problems as much as possible. The rooms were clean, the view was fabulous, and the location was ideal. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Cosimo was so friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel. Thank you!
