We had plenty of parking, and the lovely view, great service, and quieter setting away from the crowded city center made for a great stay. My family enjoyed it, especially our six year old, who loved the pool. The on-site restaurant was excellent too, with fresh, delicious food and great service. The one downside was getting to the beach club. Transfers cost €35 each way, plus €75-€145 for a beach chair and umbrella. We chose to drive our own car and paid a fraction of that. Otherwise, everything was great.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the location, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing. It's a great place to relax by the pool, with modern, clean rooms and awesome staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. Shops and restaurants are a 7-8 minute drive away. Antonello even arranged to have a specific fruit waiting for me at breakfast, which really blew me away. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Getting around is the only concern. Tuktuks are expensive, but you'll be set if you rent a car.

The rooms are clean and nicely laid out, and the pool area is comfortable. Still, I'm giving this place three stars for two reasons. We had electrical problems in our room. Using the kettle made the lights go out, and the same happened with the hair dryer. The staff didn't seem very concerned. They said the dryer could only be used in the bathroom, even though it wasn't kept there. Also, the hotel charges extra for everything, from bottled water to beach towels. That feels cheap for a high-end resort.

The breakfasts are superb, and the spacious rooms and friendly, accommodating staff made this a lovely, quiet place to stay. It's an oasis outside central Polignano a Mare, great if you want to be away from the crowds. The drawback is getting into the center, which can be challenging without a car.
