I can’t recommend this place. They refused to show us the places they had scheduled after we arrived with a disabled person and a service dog. They wouldn’t accept the service dog, so I’d definitely not call them dog-friendly. One could call it discrimination. They didn’t need to be rude about it, but they were, even while remaining professional. Separate from the dog issue, I also found the owner’s behavior rude and unprofessional. The day before, I was sitting across from the older guy at his desk while he was helping me. He took several phone calls, and during one of them argued loudly with the caller. I found that disrespectful.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Just be aware that the room is right on the sidewalk, which guests might not expect or appreciate. The hot water in the shower was also unreliable, so the boiler room needs checking.

Good morning. I contacted the agency once, and the property information they gave me was thorough and professional. The problem came when I asked for rental yield figures, which are essential for judging a property's potential. They wanted €500 to provide them. I was taken aback, and I think charging for a reasonable request like this makes the agency look unprofessional and reflects poorly on our country. Every other agency I contacted gave me the figures without charge. I also sent that information in my last email and never got a reply. I'm not someone who leaves bad reviews without good reason, but I feel this one matters because the reputation of our whole culture is involved. What a shame.
