We had two rooms, Viola and Papaveria, for three days with the family. Both were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, plus their own entrance near the pool and an outdoor spot with loungers. We could unwind outside in the evenings with a book or look up at the stars. The pool was great for relaxing, and being able to use it in the evening was a real treat. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of homemade products, jams, and lovely cakes. Simone was warm, attentive, and professional, with a great personality. I also enjoyed meeting his father, who patiently looks after the grounds. He showed us around the countryside and let us taste fruit he grows with so much care. The place is tucked into the Marche hills, with lots of nearby destinations easy to get to. Thanks for everything, and keep it up! :-)

A great spot if you love nature and animals, we'd recommend it. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

Our dog was treated so well she didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely come back. The owners are lovely people who clearly put a lot of care and passion into looking after guests. The property is peaceful in the hills but still easy to reach. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including lots made by Simone and Assunta. Our room was clean and just right, with comfortable beds. The pool was spectacular and open at any time.
