Groppello

We had a lovely holiday, but I personally wouldn’t return, including because of the location. There’s a fair bit of road noise, and you need a car to get around. Going to a bar or restaurant in the evening isn’t really practical unless you don’t drink 😉. It may suit people looking for a somewhat secluded holiday. We were three people, with two bedrooms, each holding a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has only a medium-sized TV with satellite reception, and there’s no radio. We brought an Alexa. The internet was good enough in every room. We used a WaipuTV stick and the channels streamed smoothly, except for the football. The furnishings are a few years old but still in decent shape. There’s no air conditioning, though a fan is tucked behind a door. Only the bathroom window tilts open; the others open fully or stay closed. The garage was huge, even for our SUV. Four sun loungers are kept there, though they’re in so-so condition. You may have to clean leaves and such from the pool yourself, but the necessary supplies are provided. P.S. The beds weren’t this messy when we arrived, of course. These pictures were taken just before we left.
