The owners are so friendly and have a nice range of things they've grown themselves, including eggs, tomatoes, olive oil, and a good, straightforward local wine. We had a very comfortable apartment in the middle of the Tuscan hills, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There's a beach about a 35-minute walk away, plus good restaurants nearby for nights when you don't want to cook. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely family runs this great holiday home. It's less than 30 minutes from the beach, well placed for getting to Volterra, and about an hour and a half from Siena.
