I stayed at Casale Cesarano last night, and it didn’t meet what I was looking for. The service was poor: my room had no TV, there was a dirty shower gel container in the bathroom, and the mini-bar noise kept me awake all night. The cleanliness was very disappointing, and for what I paid, it felt like I’d practically given the money away. There wasn’t even water in the fridge. The woman said Pompeii was an easy walk, about ten minutes, but that’s not true. Maybe it’s ten minutes by car.

I stay at Casale Cesarano often, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms are clean and each has an en-suite bathroom. There’s greenery all around the property, plus a small playground for children and a fully equipped kitchen for guests. Parking is ample, and it’s easy to reach from all areas. The town center is just a short walk away.
