There are loads of restaurants nearby, with a nice atmosphere for wandering around. Eating out wasn't very pricey, and we ate well. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the location was great. Our four-person room in the newer part was spacious and clean, though the bunk bed for our two kids looked a little dated. We were on the first floor and could hear the pipes whenever people upstairs used the bathroom, but it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast had a big selection, and it was good value for money.

We'd booked the sister place, Diana Inn Acommodation, but were upgraded to this hotel when we checked in. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were kind. One small safety concern: the top bunk's guard bar should be secured with screws, since it could fall if the person above pushed it hard.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and very quiet, though not especially large. On-site parking was secure, which was a big help with our hire car. Check-in was prompt, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but toward the end of service at 0930, they weren't topping up the supplies. There's also a bar open 24 hours. Good value, and I'd definitely recommend it for a nice stay while visiting the Pompei archaeological sites.

The rooms were comfortable and good, but my bathroom had no heating or ventilation, so the floor got very wet after a bath. My room had no kettle, and although it had a TV, there was no YouTube. I heard other rooms did have it. There was also renovation work going on next to the hotel during my stay.

Just three minutes from the train station, this place is a little gem. The staff were so pleasant, check-in was quick and efficient, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed for a couple of days. Would recommend.
