The pool has lots of insects, and nobody seems bothered by them. It isn't clean. The rooms are quite dirty and in an unacceptable state. The staff were very unhelpful when we asked if we could have lunch, rolling their eyes as if to say we shouldn't. Don't consider staying here. The reviews on Booking seem fake, and it isn't worth the money.

The restaurant is top notch, with tasty food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. There's private, secure parking too. Everything about the place was just wonderful, clean, quiet, and nice, with such welcoming, friendly staff. One of the best places I've ever visited. Highly recommend it.

A quiet, secluded setting with lovely views and a great host. The pool is big, and breakfast is just the right size. It's close to the sights, and there's also a great pizza restaurant nearby. The little town is nice. I'd recommend staying here.

The host is very friendly, and the rooms are nicely decorated. What they promise is what you get. It's a convenient base for visiting pisa, Florence, san gimignano, and siena. The breakfast could be a little less Italian and more intercontinental, though that's just my personal opinion. I'd definitely come again.

The owner is so kind and helpful, and all the staff are lovely. The place is one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed in, and it's so clean. I've enjoyed it so much that I'm already ready to come back. I'll always stay here when I visit Italy. Thankyou lorenzo xx
