The beds were clean, though the mattresses were thin, and there was no real comfort or breakfast. The whole place smelled strongly musty and old, in the room and the hallways. In the bathroom, the sink was broken in the middle, and the tub and showerhead seemed ancient, from the Punic Wars. There was exposed wiring everywhere in there, a real failed industrial decor look. My boyfriend had booked through Booking.com, whose photos made the place look lovely. When we arrived at the little house, the woman explained that the bathroom was outside our room and pointed out that it had a light, as though that were some special luxury. Truly a 4th-century experience. Don't sleep here!

The room was huge and stayed cool in summer. The shower was okay, but there was no bidet, which feels unheard of in Italy these days. Parking is in a small lot, so when it's busy you're stuck. The location was the only thing I found interesting. The price felt exorbitant for a place that doesn't even provide breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're improvising and have no other choice.

We had a great time. The room was simple but really nice, though I'd add a few more amenities. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend ;) The owner was really kind and friendly, and parking was nearby. Our mountain-view room had a very large bathroom and plenty of space. There was even a small kitchen area with all the essentials, including a working refrigerator, though it's a shame the kitchen itself can't be used. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are cafes within walking distance. We'll definitely be back ;)
