The location is handy, right by the main road and near the bus terminal, and the rooms are spacious. The shower could do with an upgrade, though, and breakfast was quite basic with little choice. Most of the staff were friendly, but when I asked one person who didn’t speak English for help, she just said “no English” and ignored us.

I’ve had some of my best service here on fishing trips around the world. The people are so friendly and kind. I’d recommend it to anyone in the Trentino area.

The food was a highlight, both dinner and breakfast were really well prepared. The spa was excellent too, and Max the maître d' deserves a special mention for his professionalism. My husband and I stayed three nights after ALCHIMIA Hotel reopened. The room and shared areas felt elegant and welcoming, and the staff were lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable. We’re planning to return.
