8/10
The greenery around the hotel and its well-kept garden made for a pleasant setting, and the location was good. The hotel had recently been renovated when we visited with my family for a weekend in July 2022, with stylish furnishings and some nice design touches. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s a spa with a sauna, Turkish bath, and other amenities, plus an outdoor pool, a paddle court, and a ground-floor playroom that’s a real must if you have kids. One concern: walking straight out from the hotel can be dangerous because there’s no sidewalk. The food was good and made with quality ingredients, though some dishes didn’t seem prepared with the care I’d expect from a four-star hotel. At times, dining room service also fell a little short of that standard. Even so, I definitely recommend the hotel.

A great base for visiting Andalo, and for enjoying the Comano thermal spring waters. The hotel was cosy and very nice, with lovely staff and great food.
