For €35 a night per person, the price is hard to beat. Just remember it’s a one-star hotel, so there’s no private bathroom in the room, and breakfast is basic. The place was super clean, though, and the staff really wanted us to feel comfortable and looked after. The shower was great, much better than in plenty of other hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy, and it even had music. It’s a very nice hotel right in the heart of Ponte di Legno.

The staff were impeccably courteous, and the place was definitely clean and well kept. It’s a family-run hotel in an older building, with spartan rooms and shared bathrooms. It sits at the start of Ponte di Legno’s pedestrian area and is easy to reach from the main road. A good choice if you want to stay in a well-known resort without paying too much.

A no-frills guesthouse at a more than reasonable price, just over a quarter of an hour from Tonale Pass. It’s in a restricted traffic zone.
