Hotel Garnì Cristallo

The staff made the trip for us. Everyone, from reception to the breakfast and bar team, was so kind and helpful that this is a holiday I’ll remember for a long time. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty, and the people serving it were welcoming and happy to make espresso or tea when asked. Our room was exactly the mountain-view room we had booked, with a lovely view over town and the mountains. It was spotless and very well equipped, including a shower kit for our son. The small bouquet and note I’d asked for were waiting romantically on the coffee table too. I’d worried the photos might not match the real room, since that can happen with online listings, but there was no such problem here. I’d chosen Hotel Cristallo on Booking.com as a surprise for my wife’s holiday in Ponte di Legno for the concert. I’d missed the 4:00 PM check-in time when booking, but when I contacted them about arriving early, they immediately did all they could to accommodate us. The building is imposing and elegant, with luxurious finishes, plenty of parking, and a great location. It overlooks Ponte di Legno, while the town center is only a two-minute walk away. Hotel Cristallo was excellent value for money. I’m grateful to the whole team, and I’ll keep this vacation in my heart.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were professional, polite, and always smiling. We stayed three days, January 8-11, at this charming hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. The room and bathroom were both lovely and clean, and the sun terrace has a fantastic view of the mountains. Everything was clean and tidy.

We were a group of bikers and liked this hotel. The staff were helpful, the views were great, and there was private parking. Restaurants in the city center are within walking distance, and breakfast was great.
