Hotel Sorriso

If you’re cycling in the region, this is a good place to stay. The short walk into town is nice for recovery. The staff took such good care of me during my stay. Thank you for all the attention and care.

The bed and pillow were very hard, and our room at the back had a less desirable view, as often happens with a booking site reservation. There was no kettle in the room. Even so, it was a really great location, just a five minute walk to the center of town. We enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the ski hills with an evening drink from the hotel bar. Our room was large and modern, with a large bathroom and a little private patio with chairs. The queen bed had two individual duvets, so no fighting over covers. The bathroom had great amenities, including shower hats, dental kits, slippers and sanitary bags. Staff were very friendly, spoke adequate English, and helped with a town map and suggestions for dinner. They also gave us a 10% off discount card for the suggested places. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It wasn’t a buffet, each table got a checklist, but service was quick. Extra eggs and coffee were no problem. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. There was secure underground parking at no extra cost for our motorbike, plus plenty of convenient outdoor parking for cars. Safe travels.

It’s a cozy place to stay, with friendly, helpful staff and great service. Breakfast was amazing. They have lots of arrangements with local restaurants, and free covered parking for motorcycles too.

More than 35 years of traveling for work and holidays, and only rarely have I felt as welcomed and cared for by a hotel team as I did here. The owners are welcoming and charming. The location, rooms and wonderful breakfast were all lovely. Thank you. We’ll be back! They even sent us off with a little goodbye cappuccino and homemade sweets.
