The staff were nice. We had a pleasant one-bedroom ground-floor flat with a kitchen, the bedding was okay, and the WiFi worked okay.

It was very cheap, so I can't complain much, but the room was poorly maintained. Some things were broken, bulbs were missing from the lamps, and using the shower without flooding the bathroom was difficult. I'd suggest the manager pay a bit more attention to the disabled-friendly room.

The place is especially suited to families, and you can choose half board or breakfast only. The residence is lovely and the staff are very helpful. It could use more maintenance, especially for the cooking hobs and fridge, though guests should also take better care of the rooms.

Getting to the gondola lift isn’t very convenient, since the ski bus only comes once an hour. The apartments also need renovation: they’re poorly equipped and have lots of faults, including a fridge that doesn’t work.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff looked after us well during my business lunch. The first course was just average. What really stood out was the meat main, supposedly a slice of turkey, but it was so huge it looked more like brontosaurus. It made me wonder where the animal had come from.
