Stunning Apartment in Ponte di Legno With 2 Bedrooms and Wifi

We had everything we needed and then some. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the location was right by the slopes, and the reception staff were helpful. The ski boxes were large enough, and they changed the towels once a week. Nothing was a problem, and we had a wonderful time here! 🇮🇹🏔️

I come back every year and always enjoy my stay. A special thanks to Zied, if I have his name right, and Antonietta at reception. Zied made breakfast excellent, and Antonietta gave us great information. Both were always smiling, clearly enjoyed their work, and handled requests quickly and kindly. They were extremely professional. Two excellent employees, and thanks to everyone.

The rooms looked nice, but they stayed cold. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees, and when we raised it to dry our wet ski clothes, it was turned back down after half an hour. Meals were the biggest disappointment. Breakfast was terrible: the scrambled eggs were burnt, there was no fruit, and cucumber was the only vegetable. Dinner service was chaotic, with staff rushing back and forth. Portions were small and inconsistent, and we were served cold lasagna. The food was awful, and the staff couldn't speak English or serve the meals properly. For a four-star hotel, this was a big letdown.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and there’s a restaurant and grocery store in the building. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was practical, well equipped, clean, and nice. A great place for a family or friends, and highly recommended!
