The room was clean, cosy, and nicely decorated. A party was happening downstairs, but it didn't disturb the peace in my room. The heating worked fine, and there was a kettle for tea. Dogs are welcome, with plenty of grass around for sniffing, though there are cats and other animals on the property. I didn't see a wheelchair accessible entrance or a lift. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff were helpful and spoke English.

A good value place to stop near Venice. The staff made me feel at home, and I liked how clean, spacious, and nicely decorated everything was. I really enjoyed staying here.

The hosts were especially kind, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted good. I'd recommend it.

What a scandal. The owner held a party with a DJ and loud music on the hotel's terrace. I couldn't sleep and had to find another hotel at 2 am. When I complained, he said, "you are 2 people in a room, I have 150 people in the party, it won't stop just for you 2." Don't stay here.
