There’s street parking, and the location is good, though the building is still being renovated. It should be more comfortable when the work is done. For now, it’s best suited to people who can adapt, and rooms facing the street get some noise from passing cars.

The room had a dangling faucet, aluminum doors, cobwebs, cracks in the walls, a broken shutter, and no working hot water. There’s been construction for years, outside in the courtyard and inside the building, according to the reviews I should have read beforehand. I won’t make that mistake again. Calling this place a dump feels like understating it, and I don’t think it should be used for hospitality. Sorry for the outburst, but I don’t want anyone else ending up in my situation. I had to pay with my welfare vouchers and still spent a whopping €147 for two nights. Goodbye.

The owner was friendly and very helpful, and breakfast at the neighboring bar was good. The building is being renovated, so it was quite chaotic outside. The room was reasonably clean, but there was a lot of street noise at night. All in all, a good stay for a couple of days.

There’s no reception, and the front door is left open, so anyone can get in through the side gate. Inside, it’s dirty and noisy, the air conditioning is broken, and hygiene is precarious. The exterior is still a construction site, and “downtown” is the best way to describe the building. I strongly advise against staying, even if they offer it for free. Don’t stay there under any circumstances.
