We got turned around on the drive to Florence, and someone from the hotel came out to guide us. Funny thing was, we were only a block away. Our room was nice, if a bit small, while the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast had lots of choices, and one staff member who sometimes waited tables always greeted us when we came in or went out.
