Francesca was a 10/10 host, so kind and helpful with everything. We only stayed two nights, but after the first one it already felt like coming home. The room was clean, nothing was missing, and its authentic, original style was lovely. The terrace, breakfast and bikes were all nice extras. Francesca was incredibly generous too. We'll be back!

I stayed here years ago, and I still remember Francesca's kindness and hospitality. She really goes out of her way to make guests comfortable. The property is older, the rooms are dated, and cleanliness was below par, but the location and price make up for that. The homemade spirits available to guests are excellent too.

Right in the heart of the historic center, the location is perfect. The two owners were incredibly courteous and friendly. The rooms are rustic but welcoming, just as you'd expect in a house in a medieval village. A truly wonderful stay in Pontremoli, highly recommended!
