6/10
The location is convenient for visiting Poppi or going to a wedding in the area, and the hotel serves its purpose. But the rooms and amenities could use an update, and the beds need to be more comfortable. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all.

The food at Parc Hotel’s restaurant was great, and the pizza was among the best I’ve ever had in Italy. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay.

I was really disappointed to be charged 35 Euro after asking them to wash 3 KG of clothes. That felt like a kind of fraud.
