Even on a quiet Monday morning, when my wife and I were the only customers, the owners gave us superb service and delicious food. They were unbelievably kind, and the place is lovely. We had a great experience in Portacomaro and will definitely come back, hopefully for dinner next time.

The owner was really nice, and the traditional dishes and wines were both good.

The roadside spot for the outside tables doesn't do much for the atmosphere. I gave three stars to encourage the restaurant, and hope its approach pays off and things improve. To me, it still seems to be finding its identity. The small menu has dishes with potential, though it could use more variety. The young service can be a bit inexperienced: one off-menu dish, described by the waiter as sea bream fillet, was actually sea bream salad with oranges on a bed of salad. We didn't eat it after that mix-up, but the payment was handled fairly, with the cost split equally between us and the restaurant.
