The room had a nice harbour view, plus air conditioning and a TV, but I found it unclean and the towels were stained. There was damp on the building walls, and paint was peeling in parts of the bathroom. The lighting felt chaotic. Even with the windows shut, music from the bars came through, and I could hear a train in the morning. Parking wasn't guaranteed, and getting in by car cost €4. The neighborhood didn't feel safe to me. After finding a spot, we went to check in, only to find there was no reception. I called the owner, who sent me to one of the two bars on the ground floor. A bar employee showed us to the room, was nice, and gave us two bottles of water. After checkout, the owner messaged me on WhatsApp asking for a good review.

Peppe, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the view over Granatello and the Gulf of Naples made waking up a pleasure. You're just steps from the station, but you don't hear the trains. The bar downstairs can get noisy with young people, though closing the double-glazed windows keeps the room cool and quiet. Recommended.

Whenever I travel to Naples, I book with them. The staff are incredibly kind, and the whole stay made us feel welcomed and looked after. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tidy, with every comfort. Even the mattress was so comfortable that getting up in the morning was hard. It exceeded all my expectations.

Giuseppe made our stay memorable with his professional welcome and tips on lovely places to visit. The property is in the Portici marina, with rooms looking out over the sea and the Gulf of Naples. Waking up to that view is a real joy. The rooms have been recently renovated, are well equipped, and were meticulously clean.

The rooms are spread over two floors, almost all with sea views, and were very clean. The B&B is only a few minutes from Portici train station. A good choice for young people spending a few days in the area.
