A great fit for two or three families, or a group of friends. The villa has two floors and is about a kilometer from central Porto Azzurro. Downstairs are a large kitchen and living room, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. Upstairs, two separate areas each have two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There’s also a laundry area. Outside, you get a big veranda with loungers and a table with chairs, plus an outdoor shower. The whole villa has air conditioning. It’s roomy and surrounded by all kinds of trees, including olive trees, maritime pines, and lemon trees. There’s a large vineyard right in front of the veranda and a distant sea view. Conad supermarket is around 700 meters away. Highly recommend.

There were 10 of us, and this villa worked really well for a large group. The veranda makes you want to linger, and the house is set up high above Porto Azzurro among vineyards and lemon trees. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, even when we had trouble finding the place on arrival. The villa is very well maintained, with a recently renovated kitchen. The supermarket is a two-minute drive away; the port and town center are an easy 15-minute walk. Highly recommend!
