Appartamento Potì sulla Spiaggia

We spent about a month here, and everything was excellently organized. The apartment is right on the beach beside an enchanting sea, with secure parking inside. It has every comfort, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and complete beach equipment. There’s also an outdoor porch for dining al fresco. Best of all, Stefano and his parents were fantastic hosts, very kind, meticulous, and true to their word. Highly recommended.

The beach was just 30 meters from our ground-floor apartment, and having it so close changed the whole feel of the vacation. We stayed for a week in mid-September 2021, and barely used the car, which we left in the villa parking lot. The apartment was extremely comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Beach loungers and an umbrella were available too. You can walk to town in 10 minutes, going straight from the beach. Stefano was very kind and discreetly suggested places to visit. Thanks again. The location made our stay unique. I loved being able to enjoy the beach until sunset, and the apartment has direct access to the Dune beach in Porto Cesareo. I stayed there this year from July 3rd to 17th in a ground-floor apartment. The Poti' family were professional when I stayed at another of their properties a few years ago, and this place was truly superb. It was comfortable, cool, spotless, tidy, and had everything I needed. Perfect for families with children. Special thanks to Stefano and Tonino Poti' for being so available.

The sea is just 30 steps from the front door, with crystal-clear water and beautiful sunsets. The property is very well-maintained and clean, and access to the sea is priceless. The enclosed courtyard has a swing and slide in a safe area, making it a good option for families with children. The managers are friendly and super efficient. It’s a couple of kilometers from the center, which is easy to reach by bike.
