Be Nature

Mrs. Simona was the highlight of our mornings at B&B BE NATURE. Her kindness, sweetness, and friendly nature cheered us up every day. Breakfast was excellent too, with Apulian pastries, croissants, jams, and plenty of drinks. We stayed four nights in August 2025 and were very happy with our trip to Salento. The property is spotless and lovely, with plenty of parking and a pleasant entrance area furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing in the afternoon. Our room was a little small, and the toilet and mirror weren't at a comfortable height. There was a small shower but no bidet, which Italians consider essential. I'd suggest visiting in the low season, since the sea gets too crowded with tourists and isn't very peaceful.

The breakfast attendant was exceptionally kind and helpful. There is plenty of private parking on the property, which is in a convenient spot outside Porto Cesareo's city center. The key pickup and return are handled at an agency in the center, where parking is unavailable and the opening hours are rather limited. No staff are on site except at breakfast, so any questions mean going back to the agency. Breakfast was mostly sweet, with toast as the alternative, and could be better. In our room, the main door offered little privacy and the lighting was very dim. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and there weren't many toiletries. It would also be easier to enter and leave if the gate had a remote control.

Our stay was fantastic, especially for the price, and I'd gladly recommend this place. The B&B is in a quiet, green setting not far from Porto Cesareo's center, with free parking on site. The rooms are charming and very clean. Ours wasn't huge, but there was enough space for two suitcases and two backpacks. We appreciated the handy mini-fridge and air conditioning that worked well. At first the pillows seemed too flat, but we found extras in the closet and doubled them up in the pillowcases, then slept wonderfully. The bathroom was spacious and had a bidet. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh goods from local bakeries, including pasticciotti. We didn't try the savory choices. The woman serving breakfast was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and even gave us a cold bottle of water to take along for the day. One small hassle, more a suggestion than a complaint, is that keys have to be picked up and dropped off at the SottoCosta office in Porto Cesareo's center. We found parking without much trouble, and the walk took about 10 minutes, though it could be inconvenient if you're in a rush. I'd also suggest providing more shower gel. There were just two sachets for the two of us over two nights.

The Sole room was so spacious, with its own kitchen and a terrace where we could eat breakfast. Our hostess was thoughtful and kind, even making toast for a savory breakfast. We stayed just one night, and the location was excellent, only steps from the beautiful sea at Porto Cesareo. Highly recommended!
