Marco gave us a very warm welcome, and the pasticciotti they left were a nice touch. The apartment is just steps from the beach, with convenient outdoor space, parking, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The sea is stunning, which helps make this a good option overall. There are some downsides: the bathrooms are quite dated and need a thorough renovation. The downstairs one has no shower. The triple bedroom's closet is very tall, hard to reach, and not very roomy, with no space to hang or store clothes. The kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped too. It could use a coffee machine, a pot big enough for six, and a few more small utensils.

Mariachiara made us feel very welcome and checked that we had everything we needed. The apartment was in great shape and had all the basics, including air conditioning, an ironing board, towels, and dishes. It was only a few minutes from the center and the beaches. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The light effects in Caravaggio's paintings, and the mystery of where the switch is, that quote really says it all! We came to Porto Cesareo for a week, hoping to stay somewhere well placed for both the town and the beaches. Caravaggio Apartment worked perfectly, with both about a 10-minute walk away. There are two entrances on different streets and parking at the property, though the area is quiet enough that you can park outside too. The kitchen is equipped, there are two bathrooms, and the tiled outdoor dining area is lovely. Mariachiara is full of energy and cheer, manages the place professionally, and gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and visit. We felt so looked after. We’ll be back, and sending Mariachiara a big hug!

We were welcomed so warmly by the owners, who were kind and helpful throughout. The villa is quiet and conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach and the center of Porto Cesareo. Inside, it has everything you need, with roomy air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Out back, there’s a gazebo where we could eat outside and relax. One of the best private homes I’ve stayed in. We’ll be back soon.

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and I want to thank them for that. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the sea, and you can get to the center on foot by heading toward the seafront and then through the side streets. No car needed. It’s clean and tidy, with two fairly large bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a back door from the kitchen to a private, gated outdoor spot with a table, good for eating or relaxing. Practical and versatile, and one of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed in.
