La Palazzina B&B

The pool was taken over by teenagers every day, who were loud until late in the evening. Even though all five rooms we booked were occupied, we couldn't use it, and my husband and child were made to leave the jacuzzi because the owner said it had been reserved by an outside guest. This place is clearly not a hotel, despite being described as one. The owner was rude and lied about the service. The walls were thin, and the air conditioning made me seriously ill. There was an awful smell in all the rooms, the towels were poor quality, and the shower didn't work properly. The room doors were noisy too. Breakfast was horrible and had no variety. The owner made a lot of noise preparing it from 7:30 every morning. I took croissants to the room for my son because there was nothing else he could eat. The service was awful. Because of this, we won't return to Italy for the next ten years or so. Stay away!

We had a pleasant stay, with a friendly, warm welcome despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good, the rooms were very clean, and the grounds were well looked after. The property is lovely and sits just outside Porto Cesareo, only a few minutes away on foot or by bicycle. The hosts provide bicycles too.

Vanessa, the owner, was always on hand when we needed anything and suggested so many lovely places and beaches. The new rooms and very clean bathrooms were great, and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful week in Porto Cesareo. The property felt like a relaxing oasis away from the chaos. The pool and relaxation area were always clean and well maintained, just right for some peaceful time. It's also conveniently located, close to Porto Cesareo's center and about 15 minutes from beautiful beaches like Punta Prosciutto and Torre Lapillo. I'd absolutely recommend it, and would be very happy to return if I'm back in the area.
