The pool area was great, and the beach was fabulous, even though it was extremely crowded. But we couldn’t recommend the place and won’t return. The price was far too high. Even at half the rate, I’d still have thought it expensive. Food at restaurant Aqua was wildly inconsistent. We got raw pasta, and the lobster came half cooked. Fish was a gamble too, since freshness seemed to be an issue and it was sometimes ammoniated. The manager came across as smug and inattentive. I suspected nepotism, since I couldn’t see another reason he was manager. Other staff seemed much more capable, especially a waitress serving the outside area, who saved us. There was a sewage smell in the hotel’s west wing, and one of our rooms couldn’t be used. We stayed 10 days, and the problem was never fixed. The General Mgr never came to speak with us and left the manager to handle things. To his credit, that manager was great.

The hotel is modern, with good facilities, and the beach is right across the road. The sea is wonderful and the food is excellent, though the drinks aren’t as good. Please improve the bathroom toiletries, the shower gel and cream smell horrible. Be aware that the beach music is extremely loud, and it’s often loud at dinner too.

The beach gets too crowded in August, but the hotel facilities are quite a lifesaver in that situation. We had great food and fantastic service. The staff were really nice and always tried to meet our needs.

The food was consistently good, and the rooftop pool is probably the main reason to choose this hotel. The beach is good too. It was a good experience overall, though the location is a bit isolated.

A lovely hotel, new, clean and in a good location. Breakfast was good as well. It has a restaurant, which during this pandemic period is only open to hotel guests, and the food is good.
