We had two small children with us and weren't going to let them sleep in beds with bugs. In the first room, the shower wouldn't drain. Daniela at the front desk tried a plunger and left, then told us we'd have to wait until the next day. She had no other fix to offer, so we used extra towels to stop the bathroom flooding. While we were dealing with that, my wife picked up a pillow and a bug fell out. Inside the case was a disgusting yellow-stained pillow. The bug was a German cockroach. Daniela moved us to a room on another floor, where we found two silverfish on the fold-out bed, one on top and one in the sheets. It was nearly midnight by then. I asked for a refund since both rooms had bugs in the bedding. She offered another room, which we declined, then said there was nothing else she could do because of the holiday. She said she'd follow up Tuesday but never did. I messaged her twice on WhatsApp and got no reply either time. We left at 11:30 p.m. and drove 4.5 hours home in the middle of the night. Hotels.com support tried to help but couldn't get the manager to approve a refund. This place is disgusting and unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about guests' health or basic hygiene. Stay far away. I did give it five stars for Eco-Friendliness, though. It welcomes the local bug population incredibly well.

The music from the disco next door came through so clearly in our room, it felt like we were inside it. Worst hotel ever. I'd avoid it as much as possible.
