Residence il Caicco

Mr. Ferruccio made us feel welcome and gave us all the advice we needed to enjoy our time in Salento. The Caicco apartment on Via Vespucci was top-notch, with air conditioning in every room, a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine on the living room balcony. There was parking too, and the sea, supermarkets, and town center were nearby. Porto Cesareo itself is beautiful, with a Caribbean-like sea and very friendly, hospitable people. We had a truly wonderful holiday.

We slept peacefully thanks to the new windows and their excellent noise insulation. The apartment was clean, beautifully kept, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with all the comforts we needed. Its outdoor space was a lovely place to eat or have a drink with friends, and private parking was a big convenience. The location is also excellent, close to both the center and the beaches. Mr. Ferro was kind and helpful, and we’re grateful he made our holiday so comfortable. Highly recommended, we were delighted. Thanks again, see you soon! Porto Cesario is definitely worth a visit.

The terrace right outside our apartment, with its table, chairs, and automatic awning, was perfect for a relaxed breakfast outdoors. My girls were comfortable everywhere, and the price felt fair for the peace and amenities. We were only a stone’s throw from the town center, yet heard no unpleasant noise from speeding cars or deafening music. Mr. Ferruccio, the owner, was attentive, kind, and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the start. We’ve been spending our summer holidays in Porto Cesareo for years, but this was our first stay at Residence Caicco, and it made this year’s trip perfect. Our first-floor apartment had parking and was clean and well kept. The spacious, modern bedroom area had air conditioning and a TV; the living area had a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a TV, all working perfectly. There were mosquito nets throughout, even in the spacious, comfortable bathroom. A small terrace separate from the toilet had a washing machine, a very handy tub, and a clothes horse. Residence Caicco is a sure thing. We go back to places where we’ve had a good time. See you next year, and thank you!

Ferruccio was a warm, helpful host, and we felt at home straight away. The apartment was clean, well looked after, and just as it appeared on the website, with every comfort. The residence sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, away from passing traffic, yet just steps from the center of Porto Cesareo and the main amenities. A fabulous Puglia experience. We couldn’t have chosen better!
