Villa Felice Apartments

The breakfast was generous, with both sweet and savory choices. Every morning there were croissants and delicious pasticciotto, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The lady serving breakfast was very helpful and happy to accommodate our requests. We stayed at Villa Felice from August 11, 2025, to August 18, 2025, and had a wonderful time. Being close to the city center was handy, and the free bikes meant we could avoid taking the car out in the evenings, especially in August.

Giulia made us feel at ease straight away, explaining in detail what we could do in the area. She’s helpful, kind, and takes her work seriously, and if we come back, which we definitely will, she’ll be part of the reason. The rooms were impeccable, with towels changed every day, and breakfast was plentiful, sweet and savory. We were two people staying from July 28 to August 3, 2025. We also had dinner at their farmhouse for €30 per person. The delicacies prepared by a lovely 85-year-old lady were truly delicious. My compliments to Giulia. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

The lady was very kind and apologized, saying the room had been closed for a week. But when we arrived, the walls were damp, there was dust everywhere, hair in the drawers, and a strong musty smell. We had booked five days before leaving, then asked for a refund and left without staying.

The family atmosphere and the hospitality from everyone really stood out, especially Mr. Felice, who told us lots of funny stories from his life. Matteo gave us a warm welcome at check-in and plenty of useful information. The rooms were clean, and breakfast with croissants and pasticciotto was very nice. Their agriturismo also serves a delicious dinner made with fresh ingredients.
