The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant holiday in this property. It had all the comforts we needed and a spectacular view of the sea.

There was no owner on site, and we never saw breakfast except in the photos. The property is on the fourth floor with no elevator, and no one warned us. Don't go.

The owners were so kind and pointed out the most interesting places between Scala dei Turchi, the Valley of the Temples, and the beaches. They also recommended a seafood restaurant that was exceptional, probably one of the best in the country. The property has been newly renovated and was clean and new. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants and was good.

The only drawback was a surprise at check-in: the B&B is on the 4th or 5th floor with no elevator. The view is lovely, but the stairs can be a hassle when coming back from the beach or heading out to dinner. Mr. Giuseppe and his wife were very kind, though. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with air conditioning and refrigerators. A new, pleasant shared kitchen has a large table for breakfast. Mr. Giuseppe brings fresh, delicious pastries each morning. Parking behind the B&B is handy, and the central location worked well for our trips to the Valley of the Temples and Scala dei Turchi, both just minutes away.

The place was new and clean, parking right under the house was convenient, and breakfast was good. An excellent B&B. Thanks, Giuseppe, for being so available. We'll be back.
