Really nice spot. I’d come back.

The outdoor area with sun loungers and parking was lovely, and getting down to the sea was easy. The owners were kind and gave us their mobile numbers in case we needed them. The location works very well for Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of the Temples, and the place itself was clean, orderly, and peaceful. My only room complaint is that the one with two sun loungers felt a little uncomfortable. I’m sure I’d have rated it excellent if I’d had a double room. For breakfast, I’d suggest Mr. Patti try Ancora instead of either of the other two bars. They’re only a few meters apart, but the feel is different, even if that doesn’t take away from the property. Congratulations, and we hope to see you again.

We checked out after just one night and got no refund. The receptionist said the mattress was two years old, though its springs felt like they were about to come through. The shower in our first room barely worked, and the owner knew about it but told us to put up with it. After a lot of arguing we were moved to another room since a refund wasn’t happening, but that shower had the same issue. The B&B was run-down, and the owner was unfriendly.

The annex is right by the beach and close to both artistic and scenic attractions, and we could use all the amenities at the hotel next door. Everything felt clean and professional, with courteous service. Breakfast was excellent, and so was dinner. Highly recommended, and I hope to come back.
