From the third floor, our room, Il Faro, had lovely sunrises and views of the sea, Porto Recanati rooftops, and the Marche hills. We were there with family, and Flavia gave us a warm welcome to a clean, carefully maintained place. The location is central, just a few metres from the main street and a two-minute walk to the beach. Porto Recanati is a place you can really fall in love with.

Flavia and Daniel were discreet, attentive, and very helpful, with great suggestions for the stay. Our top-floor room was a real treat, and the view made the extra stairs worthwhile. It was well equipped, very clean, and ventilated nicely. There’s air conditioning too for anyone who prefers warmer temperatures. The location is handy for the seafront and beaches, pedestrian street, restaurants, and bars. A top-notch place!

The owners were polite and decent, and handled an unexpected inconvenience beyond what we expected. We spent a week here and would highly recommend the place. The new room had every comfort, including a kitchenette and bathroom, with fresh, refined decor in a marine style. It’s in a great spot for both the town centre and the sea, so there’s no need to use the car.

The owner was so helpful and friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations during our stay. Our room, "Le Vele," was gorgeous, modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, though the bunk bed made a bit of noise. The bathroom had a nice shower, and the towels were changed after three days. Great location close to both the centre and the sea. We had a wonderful stay and can only recommend it.

The owners were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful, and we had a lovely stay despite the parking hassle. Nearby parking isn’t always available and can get chaotic, especially with all the tourists in August. The apartment is right in central Porto Recanati, steps from the sea and close to shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and carefully maintained, with every comfort. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils, an induction stovetop, microwave, sink, wastebasket, fridge and freezer, plus a table and chairs. Beds were comfortable but a bit noisy, and sheets and a bedspread were provided. The bathroom had a spacious shower, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and towels, changed midweek. There were chairs and a drying rack on the small balcony. Highly recommended!
