Marco, the owner, was terrific about helping with whatever we needed, and he also gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. We stayed four nights in the loft at Residenza La Piazzetta, a family-run residence made up of several apartments. It was immaculate, with a spacious bathroom and shower, a kitchen, and A/C. The spot is central and close to market stalls and groceries, yet away from the main traffic road, which made it easier to relax. The beach is two minutes away. We used Porto Recanati as a base for its seafront and restaurants, as well as trips inland around the beautiful Marche region. Great value for the price, and 5/5 well deserved. Thank you, Marco, Elena, Antonio and the beautiful Aurora.

The owners were so welcoming and kind. I spent two weeks at this fabulous residence right in the center, just a few steps from the shops and beaches. I highly recommend it for a holiday in Porto Recanati.

The rooms have been renovated recently, are thoughtfully designed, and come with everything needed for a lovely holiday. The owners are friendly and helpful. It’s close to the sea and the main amenities, so I’d choose it without hesitation.
