The host was very friendly, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We could use the kitchen and unwind in the small, cozy green garden. Parking was easy right outside, and there was also one private parking spot available for loading and unloading luggage. Highly recommended, especially for couples.

The hosts made it easy to feel at home, and the B&B is lovely. It’s also very close to the beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We spent a week here at the end of August. The welcome was warm, but breakfast was limited to croissants and cappuccino, with no fruit, yogurt, or savory food. Our room was cleaned only twice during the week. The kettle in the shared kitchen was dirty and covered in limescale. The host’s grand way of introducing himself didn’t match the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast was a treat each morning, served with care, and the location was excellent. Our room was well equipped and clearly looked after, with a fresh, clean smell. Everything was spotless. I’d happily come back if I’m in Porto Sant'Elpidio again. Congratulations!

We had breakfast in the little garden, which felt like a tiny paradise. The owners were warm and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, lovely, and very clean, including the bathroom and shower. Every detail seemed carefully considered. I’d give this B&B more stars if I could.
