The single room had air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi, with a private bathroom just outside the door. Breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a coffee machine with Lavazza capsules, and a Eurospin nearby for supplies. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s a great base for visiting the Fermo area, and I’d gladly stay here again.

The owner was exceptionally kind and friendly. The house feels brand new, is furnished with care and taste, and was extremely clean. Parking is available, and the location is very convenient, close to the highway toll booth.

I contacted them on Airbnb, but neither the host Sara nor anyone else bothered to reply. They offer a service, yet couldn’t show the courtesy of responding.

The owners were very kind and helpful. The place is modern, a short walk from the sea, and also very close to the highway.
