If you're arriving by car, there's free parking along the street. The B&B Lounge is near the sea and the main square, and works well both for a seaside break and for people coming from the train station who need a place to stay in Porto Sant'Elpidio. My Room One was clean, fresh-smelling, and immaculate, with all the comforts, including a hot tub. The owners gave us a warm welcome, and breakfast at the B&B bar was delicious. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

The owners were kind and helpful, and breakfast at a nearby café came with the stay. The pastries were delicious. This lovely B&B has brand new, elegant rooms with everything you need. Mine even had a whirlpool tub, which was a real treat. It's close to the city center and nightlife, only steps from the sea, and easy to reach from the train station. Truly lovely!

We've stayed here for three years now and always have a great time. The B&B is only a few meters from Porto Sant'Elpidio's main street, with lots of bars and restaurants, but you can't hear them inside. The owners are really kind and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, thanks to their special arrangement with a café that makes great pastries.

The location is excellent, just steps from the pedestrian center, and the price was good. Breakfast at a downtown café was included. Our room was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, with a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and everything was tidy and clean. The owner was very friendly.

The owners were incredibly helpful, and the two young people gave us good advice and made sure we had what we needed. I'd save their number for another vacation. The room was spotlessly clean, uniquely furnished, and equipped with everything for our short stay. It's close to the sea and just steps from the historic center, which gets lively with people and bars in the evening. Best regards, Isabel and Gabriel
